Shrimp and Veggie Batter
Ingredients
- 1 tsp sweet basil powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 3 cups boxed pancake flour
- 3 cups club soda or beer
Directions
- Mix all ingredients to the consistency of buttermilk
- Rather thick but still pourable
