Ro Tel Dip
Ingredients
- 1lb cooked ground beef or pork
- 1lb Velveeta Cheese (one large block)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 tsp chili powder
Directions
- Brown meat; drain.
- Add cooked meat, cheese, Ro-Tel and chili powder to crock-pot.
- Once cheese is melted, serve with small cups and chips.
