Ro Tel Dip

Ingredients

  • 1lb cooked ground beef or pork
  • 1lb Velveeta Cheese (one large block)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Directions

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add cooked meat, cheese, Ro-Tel and chili powder to crock-pot.
  3. Once cheese is melted, serve with small cups and chips.
