Fruit Oatmeal
1 sweet apple, pear or a cup of frozen fruit
1 1/2 cup milk (oat, almond or barley milk)
1 TBSP honey or maple syrup
1 TBSP cinnamon
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or other nuts)
Wash and cut up fruit. Put fruit and milk in pot and simmer until fruit is soft.
Add honey and cinnamon, mix well.
Add oats, hemp and walnuts. Mix well. (Add water if more moisture is needed)
Serve warm.
