Artichoke Hot Cheesy Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can (14ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1-cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- Assorted crackers
Directions
- Combine ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and all other ingredients.
- Spoon into an ungreased 1 quart baking dish.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese
- Bake, uncovered at 350 degrease for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers.
