Artichoke Hot Cheesy Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1-cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (4 ounce) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Assorted crackers

Directions

  1. Combine ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and all other ingredients.
  2. Spoon into an ungreased 1 quart baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrease for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with crackers.
