Pistachio Marble Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package 2 layer size yellow cake mix
  • 1 package 4 serving size jell-o Pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp. Almond extract
  • ½ cup oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate Syrup) in a large mixer bowl
  2. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
  3. Pour 1/3 of batter into a separate bowl.
  4. Stir in the chocolate syrup
  5. Spoon each batter alternately into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.  Do not under bake.
  7. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
