Ham and Gravy
Ingredients
- ham (spiral cuts work great)
- cloves
- pineapple rings
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 c 7up
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 c white drinking wine
- cornstarch
Directions
- Skin fat off ham.
- Score hame and place cloves in ham.
- Place pineapple rings on ham. (attach with toothpicks if necessary)
- Place the remaining ingredients in a small pot until they boil.
- Pour over the ham.
- Bake ham at 350 covered until tender or according to ham directions.
- When ham is cooked, place dripping in small pot.
- Bring to boil and add small amounts of water mixed with cornstarch until thick.
- Serve gravy with ham.
