Fettuccine Milano

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mild Itailian Sausage
  • 3 c sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper, seeded and chunked
  • 1 c chopped green onion
  • 1 c chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp sweet basil, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp oregano, cumbled
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c butter
  • Hot cooked fettuccini or spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crusty French bread

Directions

  1. Brown sausage.
  2. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Saute mushrooms, garlic, green pepper, onion, parsley, and seasonings in olive oil and butter until green pepper is soft.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in sausage.
  6. Toss with hot fettuccini.
  7. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
