Ingredients * 1-7 Ounce Bag of Organic Arugula * 1/2 Jar TJ’s Hot and Sweet Peppers, diced (seeds removed) * 1-can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped * 2 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese * 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar * 3 Tablespoons - juice from jar of Hot and Sweet Peppers (or Olive Oil)
