Alabama White BBQ Sauce
- 200g or 1 cup mayo (or half mayo/half greek yogurt)
- 50g or 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
Transfer to a sealed jar. Use immediately or let set in the refrigerator for 24 hours to let the flavors meld together. Will keep for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
Great on smoked chicken or turkey. Good stuff.
