Swedish White Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth (may be made from bouillon)
- It's a dilly seasoning
- Salt & Peper
Directions
- Over low heat melt butter
- Whisk in flour
- Add broth, milk, and cream
- Salt, pepper, and dill to taste
- Simmer until desired consistency
