Swedish White Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth (may be made from bouillon)
  • It's a dilly seasoning
  • Salt & Peper

Directions

  1. Over low heat melt butter
  2. Whisk in flour
  3. Add broth, milk, and cream
  4. Salt, pepper, and dill to taste
  5. Simmer until desired consistency
