Steak Tartare
Ingredients
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 2 tsp brined capers
- 3 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 large egg yolks
- 10 oz beef tenderloin
- 2 tbls finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbls finely chopped italian parsley leaves
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 3 dash of hot sauce
- 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- In a nonreactive bowl combine and mix evenly
- Rinse and mince the anchovy fillets
- Rinse the capers
- Mustard
- Mix in egg yolk
- Fold remaining ingredients into mixture
- Season with salt and ground pepper to task.
- Serve immediately
