Scallops with Tortellini

Ingredients

  • Tortellinis
  • scallops
  • 6 tablespoons of butter, browned
  • 6 tablespoons of parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinger
  • 3 tablespoons whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook tortellinis according to package
  2. Cook scallops in clarified butter over med heat until opaque, about 2 minutes
  3. Combine rest of ingredients in a sauce pot and mix
