Scallops with Tortellini
Ingredients
- Tortellinis
- scallops
- 6 tablespoons of butter, browned
- 6 tablespoons of parmesan
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinger
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
Directions
- Cook tortellinis according to package
- Cook scallops in clarified butter over med heat until opaque, about 2 minutes
- Combine rest of ingredients in a sauce pot and mix
