- 4 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
- Cover the meat with mustard. Any kind you choose. Rub the meat with the mixture above.
