  • 8 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  1. Cover the meat with mustard. Any kind you choose. Rub the meat with the mixture above.
