Ranch Dressing Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegenaise by Follow Your Heart (I've tried other vegan brands with this recipe and this is by far the best. I wouldn't substitute it)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water, depending on thickness you like (some people also use soy milk...I like water)
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • fresh dill, chopped (I don't measure this, but I use a LOT)
  • dash of lemon juice

Directions

  1. Modify the amounts of the spices and herbs to your liking.
  2. Whisk together (or throw it all in the blender and pulse...much easier!) and let it chill in the fridge for a couple hours so the flavors can meld together. I usually adjust the ingredients afterwards until it tastes just right.
