Ranch Dressing Vegan
Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegenaise by Follow Your Heart (I've tried other vegan brands with this recipe and this is by far the best. I wouldn't substitute it)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water, depending on thickness you like (some people also use soy milk...I like water)
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- fresh dill, chopped (I don't measure this, but I use a LOT)
- dash of lemon juice
Directions
- Modify the amounts of the spices and herbs to your liking.
- Whisk together (or throw it all in the blender and pulse...much easier!) and let it chill in the fridge for a couple hours so the flavors can meld together. I usually adjust the ingredients afterwards until it tastes just right.
