Pistachio Kiss Cookies

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cream butter and powdered sugar till smooth. Beat in egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
  2. Combine pudding mix, flour, baking powder, and soda.
  3. Roll dough into 1″ balls, then roll in pecans.  Place on lined or lightly greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.  Once out of the oven, immediately press a Hershey kiss in the middle of each cookie.  Remove cookies to cooling racks. Cool completely.
