Pinacolada

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 oz Coconut Rum  (Alternate: 1800 Coconut Tequila)
  2. 1 oz Coconut Cream
  3. Pineapple (fresh, canned, juice – it doesn't matter)

Directions

  1. Use a individual drink blender.  We use a Hamilton Beach one.
  2. Fill about 3/4 full of ice
  3. Add 1.5 oz of your liquor
  4. Add 1.5 oz of cocnut cream
  5. Add pineapple juice to top of ice.  If crushed, use 3 heaping tablespoons.

6. Mix until smooth – Shack mixer container to listen for large ice chunks.  If you hear any large chunks keep mixing

7. Pour in glass and serve.   A snowman glass is perfect because it's cold and white like snow.
