Mexican Beans

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lb boneless country pork ribs
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can pinto beans (If desired.)
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • green bell pepper

Directions

  1. Cube meat into chunks the size of your thumb.
  2. Boil in can of broth and an equal amount of water for about 30-45 minutes.
  3. Pour into crockpot and add crushed red pepper.
  4. Turn heat to high and slow-cook for an hour.
  5. Rinse beans and add to pork.
  6. Slow cook for another hour.
  7. Chop onion and green pepper in to desired size.
  8. Add and cook for 2-3 more hours.
  9. Serve!
