Mexican Beans
Ingredients
- 1-2 lb boneless country pork ribs
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 can pinto beans (If desired.)
- 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 1 onion
- green bell pepper
Directions
- Cube meat into chunks the size of your thumb.
- Boil in can of broth and an equal amount of water for about 30-45 minutes.
- Pour into crockpot and add crushed red pepper.
- Turn heat to high and slow-cook for an hour.
- Rinse beans and add to pork.
- Slow cook for another hour.
- Chop onion and green pepper in to desired size.
- Add and cook for 2-3 more hours.
- Serve!
