Greek Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black cracked pepper
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Mix everything in container
I like to use the frozen basil cubes and I haven't found thyme dried leaves...so use ground. :)
I don't refrigerate, the olive oil tends to separate and harden
