Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black cracked pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix everything in container

I like to use the frozen basil cubes and I haven't found thyme dried leaves...so use ground. :)

I don't refrigerate, the olive oil tends to separate and harden
