Fettucini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 3 tble butter
  • 5 tble mascarpone cheese
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan
  • 1 box of fettucine ( about 14 oz )
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper
  • Alternate cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup of Asagio

Directions

  1. Melt butter
  2. Start cooking noodles.
  3. Melt butter and mascarpone in large pan over medium heat.
  4. Once melted add cream and bring to boil over medium heat.
  5. Add red pepper and let simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add cheese stirring constantly.
  7. Once noodles are cooked, remove from boiling water and add directly to sauce.
  8. Toss until all noodles are covered.
  9. Scoop onto plates and serve.
