Fettucini Alfredo
Ingredients
- 3 tble butter
- 5 tble mascarpone cheese
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan
- 1 box of fettucine ( about 14 oz )
- 1/8 tsp red pepper (optional)
- salt and pepper
- Alternate cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 cup of Asagio
Directions
- Melt butter
- Start cooking noodles.
- Melt butter and mascarpone in large pan over medium heat.
- Once melted add cream and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Add red pepper and let simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
- Add cheese stirring constantly.
- Once noodles are cooked, remove from boiling water and add directly to sauce.
- Toss until all noodles are covered.
- Scoop onto plates and serve.
