Creamy Horseradish
Ingredients
- 1 horseradish root, about 3/4 lb
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp creme fraiche
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
Directions
- Peal outer skin off root and finely grate the white root into a bowl.
- Stir in cream, greek yogurt, creme fraiche, lemon juice and mustard.
- Sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.
