Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can creamed corn (white or yellow)
- 2 T of melted butter to drizzle on the top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix (cornstarch, egg, and sugar) until mixed well.
- Slowly add in milk, then corn.
- Place in a 9x9 oven safe dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter on the top of the corn mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
If doubling the recipe, use a little less milk and add more cornstarch
