Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 2 pkgs beef ramen noodles
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 - 12/16 oz bag of broccoli slaw
- 1 bunch of green onions (optional)
- 1 c. salted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, browned (optional)
Directions
- Mix oil, vinegar, seasoning from beef ramen noodles and sugar together in a large bowl.
- Once sugar is dissolved add broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, almonds and onions.
- Break up ramen noodles, then add to mixture.
- Keep cool.
- Will keep for days in a tight lock'n lock or tupperware container.
