Arugula Salad
Ingredients
- 1-7 Ounce Bag of Organic Arugula
- 1/2 Jar TJ’s Hot and Sweet Peppers, diced (seeds removed)
- 1-can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons - juice from jar of Hot and Sweet Peppers (or Olive Oil)

If taking out on boat or to a party all the ingredients except for the Arugula can be mixed ahead of time. Assemble when ready to eat.
