Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-7 Ounce Bag of Organic Arugula
  • 1/2 Jar TJ’s Hot and Sweet Peppers, diced (seeds removed)
  • 1-can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons - juice from jar of Hot and Sweet Peppers (or Olive Oil)

Directions

  1. Combine, toss and serve...

If taking out on boat or to a party all the ingredients except for the Arugula can be mixed ahead of time.  Assemble when ready to eat.
