Apple Dip
Ingredients
- granny smith apples
- 1 block of cream cheese
- confectioner's sugar (I used about 1/3 of the box, but some prefer more)
- 16.5 oz container T. Marzetti's caramel apple dip
- Heath toffee chips
- lemon juice or Fruit Fresh to keep apples from turning
Directions
- Cut apples and coat with lemon juice or Fruit Fresh.
- Drain apples thoroughly to prevent them from getting soggy.
- With an electric mixer or food processor, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on a platter.
- Microwave caramel in microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds (just enough to make it pourable).
- Pour caramel over cream cheese mixture and spread.
- Top with toffee chips.
