Andes Mint Cookies

1 box devils food cake mix

1/2 cup advocado oil

2 eggs

1 package Andes mints, wrappers removed

Pre-heat oven to 350.  Mix the cake mix, oil and eggs.  Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper, bake at 350 for 6-9 minutes, do not over bake.  Place a mint on top and let melt a few minutes, spread with knife.
